Parkway 'stampede' after 4th-festivities gunfire rumor: "Rumors of shots being fired on the Ben Franklin Parkway during the Fourth of July fireworks Monday night sent hundreds of people stampeding down the street and left spectators terrified, witnesses said yesterday."
