Defense: Hero cop shot suspect from behind: "A forensic pathologist and three eyewitnesses this week told a Philadelphia jury that Police Officer Richard DeCoatsworth shot John James in the leg from behind while the Kensington man drove a motorcycle down a sidewalk in his neighborhood on Sept. 15, 2009."
