NFL back in waiting-game mode, with players yet to vote on deal: "THE EAGLES AND other NFL teams do not plan to open practice facilities today, even though NFL general counsel Jeffrey Pash said Thursday night they could do that without the NFL Players Association ratifying the agreement the NFL is hoping will end the lockout."
