Marc Lamont Hill: Ackerman is not without blame: "FOR MONTHS, the city has been buzzing that Superintendent Arlene Ackerman was being forced to resign. By last week, the rumors had gotten so pervasive that "experts" predicted a formal announcement within hours, forcing Ackerman to issue a public statement that she had no intention of leaving."
