PHA managers return their 'outrageous' swag bags: "One by one, top managers at the Philadelphia Housing Authority returned their swag Tumi bags yesterday.
Of the 15 current PHA staffers who received the luxury luggage as a taxpayer-funded gift from former Executive Director Carl R. Greene, 13 gave back their bag. The two others opted to keep the opulent perk and wrote a check to PHA for $644 - or $152 less than the original $796 purchase price."
